Communication Director of the opposition New Patriotic Party [NPP], Nana Akomea is now pleading with President John Dramani Mahama to solve Ghana’s power crisis.
According to him, the Mahama-led administration must at least find a solution to the situation which has lasted for years because it has been a major worry.
Nana Akomea noted that Ghanaians deserve an uninterrupted power since the NDC promised them of a “better Ghana” when seeking their votes.
“President Mahama and his government must please solve the Dumsor, we [Ghanaians] are suffering now,” he appealed.
Speaking on Adom FM’s morning show, the former NPP MP also lauded some Ghanaian celebrities for their effort to campaign against the power crisis, dubbed #DumsorMustStop vigil.
The vigil which will be held on 16 May, 2015 will attract some politicians and celebrities but has noted that, he will not be part of it.
